Do I need to create a patient record?
You can also make an appointment without a patient file. This is very easy to do online at the following MRI centers: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Hamburg, Cologne and Munich.
Once you have created a patient record, we can manage your appointment requests, examinations, images and written reports. Only then it is guaranteed that you can find everything in one place in your personal patient area.
Can I talk to the doctors at Tiamana?
Yes, this is very important to us, because we want to get to know you and look after you as well as possible. We will join a video conference with you during the consultation and the discussion of the findings so that we can talk about your complaints and diagnoses.
Can I ask questions about my pictures?
You can ask us a question in your patient area at any time. We will answer it as soon as possible.
Do I have to fill out more paperwork?
Before each medical examination, there should be an educational discussion. During the conversation, we will discuss your questions together and fill out a digital sheet (you will receive a link from us), so that you hardly have to fill out anything at the MRI center on site.
